The Restaurant "Sariddu" was born in December 1988 with a commitment to take the good seafaring Sicilian culinary tradition. The founder - Sariddu-which in Sicilian dialect means Rosario, is a fisherman curly and he was born first, the idea to create the pasta with sea urchins (which is why the restaurant is now famous all over the world). Simple or elaborate dishes made ​​with raw materials of high quality, with products that this land offers. This is our strength: a mix of ancient traditions associated with new ingredients; all accompanied by wines from the best wineries mainly Sicily. Our restaurant is nestled in the beautiful village square marinaradi Mondello beach that lies at the foot of Monte Pellegrino, the poet Goethe called it the most beautiful promontory in the world, and home to lush Art Nouveau villas.
